4Deposit Policy

• If the deadline to claim a bonus has passed, the bonus will be forfeited.

7Betting Rules

• Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Bypassing geo-restrictions using a VPN or proxy
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users
• Using stolen payment methods
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

9Account Suspension and Closure

Faa99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• When there is suspicion or evidence of a policy violation
• If KYC documents fail verification or fraudulent documents are submitted
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority
• When the user requests to close their own account

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless the funds have been forfeited due to a policy violation.
